To provide an effective vocabulary learning experience, we collect:

  • Account Information: Email address and profile name via Google OAuth to manage your account and Pro status.
  • Vocabulary Data: Words, phrases, and context snippets you save for learning purposes. (Note: Free Tier accounts are limited to 100 saved items).
  • Usage Data: Diagnostic data, including device identifiers and interaction logs with the extension.
  • Telegram Integration Data: Encrypted access tokens for your Telegram account (only if you choose to enable review reminders).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following:

  • AI Processing: Text analysis and translation performed via Google Gemini API.
  • Data Synchronization: Syncing your saved words across devices via our secure cloud database.
  • Automated Reminders: Sending scheduled vocabulary reviews to your connected Telegram account.
  • Payment Verification: Managing subscriptions through LemonSqueezy (International) and SePay (Vietnam).

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers necessary for our service:

  • Google Gemini API: For linguistic analysis.
  • Payment Processors: LemonSqueezy (International credit cards/PayPal) and SePay (Domestic Vietnamese bank transfers).
  • Infrastructure: Pocketbase (Secure database hosting).

4. Data Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission. While we strive for maximum security, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)

  • Access and export your saved vocabulary data.
  • Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Opt-out of Telegram reminders at any time.
