By using the VocaSave browser extension, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

VocaSave is an AI-powered vocabulary learning assistant. Features include instant translation, context analysis, and automated review reminders via Telegram.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Limited to 30 AI-powered translations/analysis requests per day and a maximum storage of 100 vocabulary words.
Pro Plan: Unlocks unlimited requests, unlimited storage, and seamless Telegram integration for daily reviews.
International Payments: Processed securely by Polar.sh.
Domestic (Vietnam) Payments: Handled via SePay through automated bank transfers.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Refund Policy

International: Handled according to Polar's 14-day refund policy.
Vietnam (SePay): We offer a 7-day manual refund policy for bank transfers, provided that the user has consumed fewer than 30 AI requests. Refund requests must be sent to our support email.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

VocaSave uses Google Gemini AI. While we aim for high-quality results, we are not responsible for linguistic inaccuracies or errors generated by the AI model.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal activities.
Attempt to bypass rate limits or scrape data from the service.
Reverse engineer any part of the extension or backend.

6. Intellectual Property

The VocaSave brand and code belong to the developer. Your saved vocabulary data remains your own intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

VocaSave is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions resulting from third-party provider failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
